Do people that complain about ads on the wall watch any Major League Baseball? The most iconic stadiums aside from Wrigley have ads on the wall (Fenway, Yankee Stadium, Camden Yards, etc). Its a business at the end of the day.

Nope. Not according to the whiny-arse frickers on this site. "It's looks cheap"..."If I were the architect, I would have done this or that differently"..."The Box is a shithole compared to almost all other sec ballparks". I've heard it all and it's so damn nauseating. I think its a hell of an improvement and I'm glad it came out the way it did. Just tired of the baby-back bitches that seem to be everywhere on this site and have nothing good to say about LSU. The truth of the matter is that we, as LSU fans, are so fricking spoiled rotten that some of our fans negativity permeates through every aspect of our athletic dept that they see could've been done more to "their liking". I just wish that some of these idiots would shut the frick up or go imagine/picture being a fan of about every other teams athletic dept and see how fast they would appreciate what LSU has and who LSU is...which is solidly in the top 10 national Athletic Depts. Alot of LSU fans have this "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence" mentality. GTFO with that bs. LSU has awesome facilities and will continue to upgrade and renovate it's facilities or build new ones (basketball arena). Its a never ending process. Geaux Tigers!

How about this...Idgaf if the ads stayed the same as they were, changed drastically, or if we didn't have any at all? I want to win national titles. Let other teams have their outfield walls look the way u want LSUs to look and we beat the shite out of them on the field and win a national title again. That's what I want as an LSU fan. It's just some of the fans that care about this stupid crap too. Lol, do you think the top notch players and studs we carousel in and out of our baseball program give a rats arse about this kind of stupid shite? If they do, which they absolutely do not, I can't tell bc we are continuing to sign the best of the best. Alot of our fans are really insufferable and it's sad. They just have to come up with something, anything, to bitch about. Before long, some of these fools are going to be wanting a damn swimming pool behind one of the fences in the outfield or a retractable roof built onto the box and Tiger stadium ffs.

I just think that we get caught up in some minor aesthetical features that some might want changed regarding the box (some of which make the box what it is...awesome) and forget that we have the top homefield advantage/environment in baseball...and football. We also have won more than our fair share of nattys in both and will win more in both...its guaranteed. We are that fortunate/spoiled as LSU fans to say, with all honesty, it's not a matter of if, but when we win our next nattys in multiple bigtime sports. While the vast majority of fans of programs, even in the power 4 and sec, would absolutely kill to have even half of the success that LSU has had. I am focused on this upcoming season and winning another national title to put on the intimidator...not if we have ads or not, or what fricking color or font they're in on the damn outfield wall. It's just so damned retarded/petty and truly goes to show that LSU fans are spoiled rotten and will bitch about anything. They love to especially bitch about things that have absolutely NO CORRELATION to our teams winning or losing. We are a blessed bunch of fans to be able to have such an obsession with how the ads on the outfield wall look. Lol. Other programs could give a shite what their venues looked like if they had even an inkling of the success that LSU has had at so many sports (especially football and baseball ffs).

I think LSU will have an extremely good baseball team this year that has a chance to compete for a national championship. The ads in the outfield look much better than they did before, which is why people on this site have been asking for them to make the change for years. Am I allowed to say that I think the bullpens look bad and that the stadium is a mid tier SEC stadium now?

Just because you are incapable of have multiple thoughts at once, doesn't mean everyone else is as well.

Baseball needs the revenue to break even. Now maybe if you can replace the thousands the ads bring in, they can cut the ads out.
