When they just showed Paul there was a sign saying something about the use of sunflower seeds in the dugout? Did anyone catch it? I’m on the app and can’t rewind.

Would banning sunflower seeds be the most anti baseball thing ever

Shells clog the drains on turf fields.

Most turf fields do not allow sunflower seeds. I hated playing on those fields. You’re right, it’s a sin to outlaw seeds in baseball

That's very normal at little league turf complexes now. The Carrollton complex in Nola and Sterlington north of Monroe have big arse signs everywhere about shelled peanuts and seeds not allowed nor sold there.

More than jus Little League parks. All turf college fields that I have seen have signs that prohibit seeds. Cant clean them up easily since turf has rubber pellets in the turf so cant use a vacuum. Some concession stands don't even sell them to fans if the stands are in close proximity to the field at smaller parks.

My brother lives in Portland. It is quite an accurate comment. With that said, banning sunflower seeds from a turf field environment does not make one a pussy.

Well it most certainly does because the first step was getting a turf field...
