I don't mind it at all. Aside from Skenes, their starting pitching is very suspect. Some decent bullpen guys, sure. Obviously, they can hit. But so can we. Plus, they're not Arizona.

Could be worse...like a little bit worse. Be interesting to see how they manage their pitching. Their ace is good and it might be smart to use him game 2.

Let’s go down there and kick some Cajun arse. f%#* those guys.

Took a look at what the tiger fans are saying over on one of their forums......they think their regional, and side of the bracket to Omaha, is a dream draw. F those dirty tigers

In his start in the SEC tourney he went 3.2 innings, 4 hits, 2 HBP, 2 walks, 5 runs (2 earned). He's ripe......

Pretty sure they have 2/3 rotation arms out and are having very similar pitching issues vs way worse lineups. Not saying we aren’t vulnerable but they are also not playing great.

Apparently they aren’t very familiar with their own starting pitching and their recent stats. Every one of their weekend starters has an ERA over 9 in their last 3-4 starts and an ERA over 5 in conference play.

And the CF can hit a little, and the 3B occasionally drives in runs

He didn’t give up 5 runs, and Arkansas bounced 3 singles through the infield.

Officially, the 5 runs were all charged to Skenes, but as they noted only 2 were earned.

outside of Chase Davis (who jay recruited btw) they haven’t seen a line up like this. Just need to capitalize with RISP.

This guy gets it...

If you want to make it to the CWS you're going to have to beat very good teams. It's a championship tournament, there is no easy way through. If we're good enough, we'll win. If we're not, we won't.

Just enjoy the ride!
