Ole Miss fans glorifying Pete

I already stated this under another thread, but Pete did not make any head coach decisions that changed the outcome of this game. Georgia beat themselves by going for it on their on 35 down 3 and then by throwing and incomplete pass on 3rd and goal with 59 seconds left. Yet their fans are more worried about bashing our new head coach instead of celebrating the win.

Why the frick do you care what Ole miss fans are saying about their coach? Lmao

Judging Golding when he’s coaching an established playoff team is ignorant, but their fans are going to think he’s hot shite for sure.
We won’t find out how good or bad he really is until it’s his program. This is still Lane’s team.

Who cares? Why does it matter to you that Ole Miss fans are celebrating their current head coach that has won two playoff games?

Well Golding is the head coach. If they had lost, he would damn sure get blamed….and he gets the credit for their playoff win.

It’s Ole Miss. of course they will see any taste of success and feel like whoever is leading the charge is the GOAT. Most of those fans haven’t experienced this in their lifetime.

Bottom line is they beat UGA with Pete and lost with Lane
This is to be expected. We will have egg on our face untill they lose

Ole Miss did a good job. It’s their day. First one since integration. It’s theirs to celebrate

Egg on our face for what? Hiring a coach that built their roster and staff? A staff that has a few current LSU coaches on it.

If they had lost OM would blame Lane and LSU coordinators but I’m glad they knocked off Georgia. It’s really a win win for both programs and hats off to Ole Miss. I hope they win it all. That was a very entertaining game. Best in playoffs so far.

OM is winning with an offensive staff that is mostly on loan from LSU....I think a lot of people keep forgetting that. How's that conversation going to go over on Monday, "Come here where we're a championship team....except all the coaches that are responsible for those 39 points are going to be at LSU next week." (And who knows, a couple key players that will be at LSU next week too.)
I'm glad for them, to get a taste of this. It's not going to last very long.

This is good for LSU.. sucks they can't be dialed in the portal recruiting yet.. but overall this is great for LSU.. all potential prospects know that was LSUs offensive staff that diced up Kirby D

What does this have to do with LSU?

Pete’s defense gave up 27 points. It was Lanes LSU offensive coaching staff that won them the game.

Let Ole Miss fans be ignorant. All good things must come to an end. Pete won 2 playoff games with Lane's coaches and team. They will see what he actually is as a Head Coach in the next few years for good or worse.
