None of the hitters watch the ball to the bat. They are either pulling their heads or looking at the pitcher when they swing. So frustrating 60+ games into the season

Has anyone figured out if Milam is better hitting right or left? Feels like when you are struggling to hit at all then maybe it’s time to focus on hitting from one side
