The audit being referred to is probably a forensic audit. That kind of,audit would be a very logical step,when embezzlement is discovered. It is far. beyond the ordinary annual financial,audit.

If it was going on for,years and Deloitte just now caught it must be very very small. Foundations are not complicated and payments like those would stick out. The Big 4 CPA firms have too much risk and are too concerned about liability to let that kind of,stuff go.

No I don't all the details.
I know the recruiting/NCAA angle is false. Could be something on the business/charitable side of LSU that I'm not aware of, and I wouldn't really care if there were.
