The original pro combat from 09 was clean and the modern upcoming trims. The second installment is pro combat was the 11 whites we wore against auburn. Those were slick too but that helmet was the best. Wish they would do that to the whites we’ve used since. The ones we did in 16 with the dark gold and white wasn’t to shabby either. But that is the order I like

I don't have a problem with changing things up once in awhile. I mean, none of us wear the exact same clothes every single day.
Wear an alternative uni occasionally. Makes it more interesting and doesn't mean we're tossing tradition in the dumpster.

White helmets don't look like LSU. Our Brand is Gold helmets. It's unique. We are a blueblood, not OREGON!.Bluebloods usually don't change their unis. (OSU and UGA have worn alternates but make people have to strain to figure out who they are)

This argument is so dumb. Its 2026, every game is on tv. EVERYONE knows who they are watching when they put the channel on. People arent searching for games on their tvs flexing their rabbit ears.

Purple, gold and white are all part of the color scheme, mixing them up does nothing to diminish “the brand.”
