Section 211 concession stands were out of hamburgers, hotdogs, pretzels, and ice for drinks half way through the second quarter.

It’s really unbelievable.

One of the many reasons people don’t bother with going to the game anymore

We waited in line over half an hour before the game. The line wasn’t even that long

Section 301.

Two registers with two people working the entire concession. So not only did they have to Tender the transactions but they also had to turn serve the food. I waited in line for a solid 20 minutes prior to kickoff..... The two kids were doing the best they could. But having to take money and then give change and then turn around and make nachos and popcorn simply takes too long.

I approached the register and it was finally my turn to order just as the opening kick occurred. All I wanted was two large Cokes to mix some whiskey. The concession stand worker then tells me:

"We need 5 minutes to make more pretzels. I almost lost my fricking mind

I told him that I've been waiting for 20 minutes and all I needed was a Coke
He said he was sorry

I told him "I appreciate your predicament but frick this bullshite". So me and my buddies drink straight for my flasks all night long.

I'm sending Joe alleva an email. I'm going to point out the fact that I have 4 basketball season tickets and my kids come with me to 90% of the games. I'm going to tell him that I am sneaking in candy and Quest Bars and it will refuse to spend one penny on LSU concessions until amerimark is gone and it it has been completely fixed

Posted this on the score board earlier

I’ve been watching you guys talk about this all season. This was the first home game I made this year. It was TERRIBLE. They had three idiots standing there with two cash registers and only one open. THEY WERE OUT OF CUPS BEFORE THE GAME STARTED! I was so pissed i stood in line for 20 minutes and missed kickoff and still couldn’t get a drink. That was a level of incompetence that you don’t even see at McDonald’s. The girl could barely make change and it’s like they were moving intentionally slow

Back when groups ran concession stands to help fund their organizations, they either served food or went broke.

Aramark gets paid to sit on their arse and scrape a low margin.

Aramark often staffs their games with custodial workers from schools who want to pick up extra hours... They don't clean the schools, why should they give a damn about a concession stand?

It’s a disaster man. Every game has been like this. No improvements.

One of the reasons I chose to stay home. The service is garbage. Bring back in the 80's system. Tiger Stadium was an insane asylum, but at least we had good food and service.

It's progressively getting worse. I got much better service at Bryant-Denny and that is saying a lot.

Meanwhile, I wore a coat with big pockets and brought 2 bags of peanuts, M&Ms, and 2 Cokes.

I bought the peanuts at Danny & Clyde’s for 99 cents a bag, and the rest at a Circle K near the stadium so the drinks would be cold.

Total: less than $9. Total wait was less than a couple minutes, and I missed no game time.

Edit: I see I got a downvote. Ok, you continue to throw money and time at Aramark. I’ll be in my seat watching the game and enjoying my food and drink. Maybe I’ll buy Aramark stock so I can buy my food and drink with your money too.

Whole 300-306 section:

Concession stands that were serving full complement of foods were backed up 15-30 deep every time I looked at getting something or I went to the men's room. BTW, LSU Administration, this poses a safety hazard as it impedes the flow of people walking to and from other stands and the rest rooms. Saw two little kids get inadvertently pushed out of the way by someone returning as they tried to get through the line. Maybe a little organization around the stands?

Looked like two people working each stand. Not nearly adequate even if they were sharp and motivated to move quickly.

Due to congestion my four ticket holders kept purchases to a minimum. One jambalaya by Shake and two over priced waters. There were some requests for other items but no way was anyone going to miss the game and stand in those lines. Probably lost at least $25-30 revenue just from our group.

You could have Emeril serving his food at a stand and I'm not standing in those lines.
