I'm predicting sweep. I just can't buy into Kentucky baseball yet.

My prediction:
A lot of people don't realize that a front will move through KY Friday night. Highs Sat/Sun will be mid 50's. If it was normal weather, I would have had LSU sweeping. With that being said I believe LSU wins 2 of 3. The loss comes Saturday. LSU dominates Sunday with a great performance from little Nola.
Hitter of the weekend - Raph Rhymes (going out on a limb )
Pitcher of the Weekend - Aaron Nola (Dominates for 6 innings, then gives way to the bullpen for the win)

Anybody know where I can catch the game on TV??? I have a GeauxZone accnt. but they're not airing it and I can't find it on my TV guide… By the way, LSU wins series 2 outa 3!!!

"What makes Kentucky such a strong team? pitching? hitting? both?"
From what I've seen Kentucky hits the ball and has a very good bullpen. Their starting pitching isn't great so if we can jump on them early in the games I think we have a good chance to take the series.

Their fiday night guy is pretty legit though.

I like LSU to win 2 of 3 games. Kentucky's 15 SEC games: 7 have been decided by 1 run. 3 or 4 games have been decided by 3 runs. A lot of close games just like LSU's SEC season so far.
Northerly winds for Lexington on Sat. and Sun. may help keep a lot of fly balls in the Park.
UK lefty Junior Taylor Rodgers has been shaky in his past 3 Friday night starts. I think Gausman or McCune helps LSU secure a victory tomorrow night.
I like Nola on Sunday to pitch well in a low scoring affair with LSU taking the series.

I'll say W, W, L.
Fingers crossed.
Nola has been catching a bit too much of the plate for my liking

Don't know how it will come out, but our relief pitching has been the strongest part of our team. So I say we are in them all, who wins???

I live in Cincinnati and will be attending all three games with family and friends from Houston. I sure hope we sweep, but honestly see us taking 2/3. I would be happy with this though.

As much as I like the team, I think they go 1-2. I think they win Saturday, but the other games are really tight.

If y'all look at the match ups, they only have one great starter and he pitches Sunday against our #3. Their Friday and Saturday night guys have struggled recently.
I think we win Friday in a close game, win Saturday by a larger margin, then lose close Sunday. Nola might pump the strikezone too much against this team. It's the best hitting team (for average) and second best HR hitting team we'll face all year.
I'll take 2 of 3 on the road against a Top 5 team!
