Yeah, usually has the players number on them or another type of shirt not sold to the public.

The guy who got pulled out of the truck got beat up and then the second guy helped him back in the truck. As he was driving away he yelled something that let them know he had a gun.
No one beat on him after he said that, not that they could have, b/c he was driving away.
That's what I think happened based on that report and on the audio of the incident.

Thats stupid.. LOL.. You getting beat up and you scream "I got a gun". I know it might have just been something that was done in the heat of the moment, but wouldn't that cause someone to continue beating you up? You know, like if they would stop that would allow them to actually pull the gun.
What's stupid is to make the assumption that he said he had a gun in his truck while he was in it, and then the players dragged him out. That would be beyond idiotic as they would have given him grounds to shoot them.

They can pick josh out from a crowd. Because he is local. He goes to shadys quite often and he is well known in baton rouge.

Apparently you aren't familiar with self defense laws. It's perfectly legal to not only threaten to use, but to use a gun in self defense.

But you're right. Maybe 10-15 players simultaneously jumped this guy because he said "Hey guys, can you move I'm ready to go watch Conan."

Correct me if I am wrong. The reports says the cop arrived at Shady's at approx 1:32 but could not find anyone fighting or any victims. He then leaves and goes to Reggie's to search for a car. After searching for a car he then goes back to Shady's and now finds a victim and this "3rd party wittness" at 2:40. Why would this girl and victim still be at Shadys at 2:40? This is now over an hour from the original fight.
