The writing was on the wall, but I don’t see this as anything other than an unnecessarily hasty, rash decision.

It's amazing how quickly tunes can change. About 2 weeks ago the sentiment surrounding Woodward was probably 95% extremely negative and now it seems at least 2/3 of people here are championing him.
