That's a number I'm anxious to hear. Speculation was that they wanted to save $$$ on him to give to Hess.
Hess' value has to be going up with his performance so far this summer.

Carter is a guy who on draft day said he didn’t see any issues reaching an agreement.
My hope is he was ready for pro ball and goes the JUCO route to re-enter next year.
