I like his swing. Looks like he can use all fields. The power should be there, but he looks like a leadoff or 2-hole kind of guy. Very lean, which is good, he has some filling out to do. He and Cabrera could make life hell for rhp's next year if he makes it to BR. Hopefully we get lucky, we are due after all the ways the MLB draft has bent us over through the years.

Heyman tweeted and said there is optimism the brewers sign him. Not much of an update but it means they are at least still talking and it’s not done either way as of now

Yeah depending on the league he is in there is a cap. I want to say it’s in the neighborhood of 40k / yr

The situation is still the same as it has been since the draft. It isn’t about a financial decision. He made up his mind a long time ago with his slot value. Now it is about big boy negotiations ie fighting for every penny possible.
That’s how business works... that agent can give a shite what LSU does or doesn’t have. He only cares about $$$$.
He either wants to come to LSU or not. My money is he is just going to Zach Lee it. It’s that simple.
