I hate to say it, but there may never be another college receiving core like LSU 2019.

Chase, Jefferson, and Marshall were absolutely ridiculous.

I will again preface this by saying I am a fan of all 4, but if we’re putting them in order Landry is still far behind Odell, Jefferson and Chase

If it's 3rd down late in a game and we need to extend a drive to either score to win or run the clock out to win it, i want to throw the ball to Jarvis Landry, and after him it would be Michael Clayton and Josh Reed, then Jefferson/Chase.

From Jarvis' Bio
quote:

28 of 77 catches came on third-down … Led nation in TD catches on third-down with six … Led all wide receivers in nation in third-down receptions with 28 … 26 of his 28 third-down receptions resulted in a first-down … Had six third-down receptions of 25-yards or more – which led the nation – and 15 catches of 15-yards or more on third-down (No. 2 in nation)

I agree that we've had more physically talented WRs than Jarvis, and some that have had better seasons, but he would always be in my lineup at WR when i'm picking an all time LSU team.

His two catches against Ar-Kansas are still the most impressive catches any LSU player has made.

3rd and short (0-4): Landry. Catches everything despite traffic. QB can rifle it in and trust him to hold on. Gets the hard yards.

3rd and mid (4-10): Jefferson. Best at finding space. Most likely to be wide open. Makes it easy on his QB.

3rd and long (10+): Toss up between Chase and OBJ. Get them 1v1 and let them work.

Chase/Jefferson
OBJ/Landey
Thomas/Nabers.

You put Chase/Jefferson or OBJ/Landry on this team and we are undefeated

It kind of irrationally bothers me that it seems like 80% of this board doesn't know how to spell our star WR's name this year.

It's Nabers. With an E, there's no O.

I honestly can't separate them. Great receivers.

If I had to pick three of them to occupy the field at once for today’s offense, it’s difficult to do. I think OBJ (Z), Nabers or Jefferson (slot, Y), Chase (X)

Thoughts if you get 3?

Couldn't choose. Would have to go 4-wide. Nabers, Jefferson, OBJ Trips to one side. Chase out wide on the other.
