Odds of lunch Saturday at The Chimes?

What are my chances, or wait time? Or, other suggestions for lunch within walking distance of campus, kid friendly, and alcohol available, preferably games on tv?
Any help is appreciated.

Slightly better than the chance of rain in Tiger Stadium.

Gotcha. Any other suggestions?

It's doable, but you'd better show up by 10:00. You can sit there, have a drink and an appetizer, and wait a while to order lunch. My friends and I often do this on game day--but we've found there's a HUGE difference between how crowded it is at 10:00 and how crowded it has gotten by 11:00. If your kids are patient enough to chill and linger for a while before they eat, this can work.

Honestly everything within walking distance of campus is going to be packed. Either eat at your tailgate or pick where you want to go and wait.

Anything close to campus that has alcohol and TV's I would imagine would be packed.

Thanks. I don't mind waiting, as long as it's not ridiculous, and especially if we can get a beer while we wait.

There's a Buffalo Wild Wings right there my Chimes. Also on the other side of Campus is Walk On's. I'd expect all of them to be packed but you have as good a chance as any. Get there early. I've done it before also.

Just try it. You might get lucky.

Someone has to get in.

We do it every game day - we go 1030-11ish and any wait is manageable. Get some eats and drinks and then do some tailgating

Very manageable; grab a beer, talk to fellow Tigers..you'll have a table before you know it (may be up to an hour)
