How am I being negative because I believe LSU has the players in place to be a successful and winning football team this season? If they are not I believe the coaches need to be held accountable. I don’t understand why that’s such an outrageous sentiment for many on here.

I'm certain this is the most experienced corps since 2015, and with your top 3 guys having started multiple games - at LSU, probably have to go back to the mid-aughts before you can really say that.

With that being said, however, we need to exercise some patience this coming season because it's going to take some time

i’d literally any other human being was our head coach, we would be demanding a minimum of 10 wins.

Back to back real season champs. Let’s ride. F that soft 10-2 BS. It’s beat Bama or bust.

The cheerio mantra, in the spring “we have all the talent”, in the fall “we just don’t have enough talent give him some time.” You’re ahead of the curve this year. You’ve managed to combine both narratives ahead of time. At least you guys are evolving.

I'm pretty sure that's the low end of the expectation next season.

Things are lined up very well for 2021.

I agree and honestly our schedule isn’t that bad. All of the regular powers on the schedule are losing a lot. If we drop more than 2 games in the regular season, I’ll be pretty disappointed.

A hungry dog hunts better than one with a full belly. We found that out last year. Complacency was the theme of 2020. I am optimistic after the way we finished and all the guys that are coming back.

“O knocked it out of the park with recruiting”

WTF...he lost 2 to the crimson midget on signing day and signed a whopping 1 OL.

I’d give him a sliding in, barely beat the throw, double...not even close to a HR!

10-2 is what should be reasonably expected with this roster. Only game we’ll probably lose is Bama. We should be favored in every other one. Then give him one bad game loss just to be generous. 2 losses should be the floor.

the incredible job he did in recruiting
He did a good job but those recruits were making their decisions when we were going undefeated with the greatest team of all time.

I believe 10 wins is the floor for this team. I don’t see a title in ‘21, but 10 wins is the floor that I expect.

what did I even say that triggered you? I’m all about Ed but if we get a top 5 class next year that’d be more impressive imo

Zero patience should be needed with 3 straight top 5 recruiting classes.

God we have the most fricking complacent fan base.

It shows in the people we elect and hire to run our state and university.

Breathtaking. You're giving Dixie Beer a bad name.

Ordinarily, I'd say the preemptive strike of sending your daughter to the whorehouse first was not wise. However, she appears overjoyed with her situation and her many, many, many, new friends!
