not this shite again.

much of that was in garbage time.

nuss has been trash this year regardless of o line issues. have you watched any games? his throwing motion is way off and his efficiency is trash.

was he playing hurt? if so take it up with KELLY!

By all reports he was a lazy couch potato this offseason.

Can you link these reports? The only place I’ve seen that is from posters here after we’ve had a bad game

It's Nussmeier's fault that our offensive line collapses with a 3 man rush while in the pocket

Yep, a solid offense and BK is never fired. No one wants to admit it though.

And whose job is it? The last couple years it was “with an average defense we’d be good.” The massive deficiencies in his teams fall at Kelly’s feet. He was paid 10 million/year to field a competitive football team on both sides of the ball. He didn’t do that.

I’ll say this..Nuss cost jobs. And Nuss cost injuries to our key o-lineman by not being able to move out the way. Yes our coaches weren’t the best, but Nuss made them look 50% worser than what they were.

Yes our O-Lineman aren’t the best but I guarantee you, MVB at QB makes D-Lineman have to try to conserve energy to chase instead of a full blow rush, which make the o-lineman job easier.

I think we’re a 1 loss team with MVB. So many wasted opportunities.

You are correct, sir. He was paid to do a job and did not put any effort into it. This is another reason NIL money hurts the game. These kids cash the check then check out. Now Nussmeier wasn’t the only one who failed, you can put that on a lot of players and coaches too.

Hard to believe that we would put out that much money without a record to prove he was worth it. I don't recall him sitting the world on fire before he got the starting job. Maybe potential, but real facts to back him up. He has so much crap on his face that maybe he can't see his way. I hope the girls BB go a long way ,we need something to cheer for this winter. By the way, I'm in Chicago and it snowed last night. Ha

This is a stupid post. The own coaches cost themselves their jobs.

Nussmeier didn't cost anyone their job. Poor evaluations, poor player development, lack of creativity on offense, correct scheme for a non-RPO QB (they should've been running a Pro-style offense with Nuss imo), and neglect to recognize and adapt to the tone of the game was the downfall of the coaching staff.

They created their own ending. Nuss just happened to be driving the bus they bought.

Most overrated play I’ve ever seen. He was OK last year and people treated him like the 2nd coming of Jesus.

Exploitation is kinda the point of NIL. On both sides.

Some of these college players are greatly surpassing NFL wages for average (at best) production.

Here's the thing, anyone that really understands the x factors of being a cerebral QB and a general on the field could see that Nuss was not it way back to the USC Trojans game. He had no feel for the ebbs and flows of the game and exactly what needed to be done on 3rd downs to be a winner. His arm strength made fans with their purple and gold colored glasses continue to miss just how poor of an onfield IQ qb this guy was. How do I know all of this? Because literally in the 3rd Q of that game I said all of this and received 100 downvotes. Then later in the season I said the same thing and received 500 downvotes. I was and still remain quite shocked how the average man (women don't count) can't spot huge warning signs from the QB position...which is the position that has his hands on the ball 95% of the time.

Maybe this just comes with experience being old enough to see how the QB is suppose to react in certain body language portions of a game, going back to studying Montana, Elway etc up to the present day of CFB. Like a racing horse, some people just have the ability to see the eyes of the horse as a young colt.
