Just now getting a chance to watch the game. There have been a couple of shots showing Nuss enthusiastically congratulating JD after TDs. He may never play here. He may transfer after this year. But he is acting like a great teammate and not sulking. It's really great to see how he has bought into the success of the team regardless of his personal situation. He deserves respect for that. And it's indicative of a healthy team culture.

He knows he’s next man up if something happens.

And he may actually deep down inside know Daniel’s is better.

I agree, Nuss has a great attitude.

Because the folks that won’t acknowledge Daniels success are still holding out hope that he fails (which is so sad they want that).

That way they can finally get someone “that throws the ball”

And we see a season colllapse.

Quality guy and player. The pass against New Mexico State down the right side line was as good as it gets.

Maybe it was another early game, but he dropped an absolute dime against someone. Everyone knows I have loved Daniels from the start but Nuss has immense talent.

This sort of reaction among teammates wasn’t unusual before Ed fricking Orgeron got full control.

And Daniels talking about his coaches in postgame. The future is looking bright.

I would be very surprised if we don't see a lot of Brennan and Howard against UAB. By that point Daniels shouldn't need extra practice, and there's no point putting him at risk before playing A&M. Nuss could also get PT against Arkansas and A&M. Plus, apart from the playoffs, bowl games are rather meaningless. If we don't make the playoffs, we might see a good bit of Nuss and Howard in the bowl game.

If Nuss and Howard are getting some playing time (and developing), I don't think that either necessarily transfers. If we finish well, we are going to be playoff contenders next year. That tends to keep QBs from leaving as well.

Welp, congrats on being a stupid racist piece of shite. Or, you’re related to C on Z, then it would make sense.
