So the combine doctors found something that the LSU doctors didn't?

Medical care in Louisiana (in general, not your specific awesome doctor) is atrocious. Lots of "that's how god made you", lots of telling you not to worry, lots of condescension.

I found just the opposite in Idaho. My favorite doctor was one that allowed me to talk through my concerns and showed me with data why my logic was misguided about an issue.

Man either our drs are bad or BK ignored their medical opinion. Feels like we should be putting the squeeze on him if it’s the later that he should have been rightfully terminated with cause due to multiple player safety issues and considering his staff safety history it’s not a good look.

Impossible. I was told by the rant he just sucks and/or he was faking being injured.

I wish people would just shut the frick up sometimes.

are you assuming many posters dont still feel this way ,after this new information?
you could tell this board the sky is blue and you would have no less than 5 people disagree even after looking outside

LSU doctors = OLOL doctors. Not a good look for OLOL.

Some are OLOL, most are not. And by the way, the LSU Docs are fantastic.

Does a cyst make you limp around after every bad throw?

Nah! It was the continuous beating that he was forced to take, play after play.
Too bad our multi-million dollar Coach didn't see the need to sign a capable backup.
It was all exposed when Nuss could no longer play.

Anyone ever have shingles in the rib or oblique area?

If he has a cyst affecting the same nerve root, maybe near where the rib attaches, he would have the exact same symptoms every time the cyst contacts the nerve root. My guess, and it's just a guess, is that it was seen on an MRI, and a selective nerve root injection was probably done to confirm that the cyst was the source of the pain. Probably coincidentally in December when he began feeling better.

I have a hard time believing an MRI of the thoracic spine wasn't done extremely early in this process. My guess is that it was.
