Just watched the highlights. Sure, he made some freshman errors, but the pocket presence and the arm talent is there. This kid is gonna be a baller I do believe.... Seeing the linebackers is an acquired skill. More reps he gets, the better he gets, and his potential is off the charts. First time I've seen him, and I'm excited about the future....

His ability to improvise is a strong point now. If he can put it together with reads and progressions he's going to be lethal

Not ready yet but he looks to have the potential to be special. The future at QB for the next several years seems to be in great shape

Watching the highlights, i had to pinch myself to insure this wasn't a dream. The 4th best QB in the scrimmage - Finley - is a better talent than any QB we had in the 4 years prior to Burrow. Get ready for QBU.

And we have the highest QB recruit since Perriloux on the way. Gonna be weird having Nuss for a few years and a guy like Walker Howard as a backup.

Les Miles was so bad at recruiting qbs.

You mean to tell me that top tier QBs didn’t want to come run Les’ Stone Age offense like they were fricking Knute Rockne with their leather helmets? The hell you say!

Nuss looked the best in the pocket as a kid that is supposed to be in high school right now. Obviously the completing passes and reading defenses part he is way behind on this early, but he really had a feel for the pass rush.

Okay , fine, I am happy for him. I was not at the game, but didn't he throw three interceptions in his limited time?

The guy was in high school a few months ago. I'd say a few picks are to be expected.

The kid is very talented. Take those picks with a grain of salt. He's barely had any time to understand the offense.

I actually loved how he wasn’t afraid to go out and make mistakes on Saturday. That’s a great sign. He was trying to make plays and sling that ball around.

Rickie collins jr is already on lsu's radar.

I wouldn't be surprised if they take 2 qbs with him being one.

GREAT way of describing what I also saw. Made some throws, and made some mistakes, but bounced back with confidence & results. Honestly I don't remember our other QB's looking that poised as true FR.
