Careful, he will threaten to post old posts of yours for days and never do it. LE is all business.

I think Its equally ridiculous to pretend that was all according to plan as it is to pretend this was all luck.

O hired Canada and Ensminger.

He also fired Canada and hired someone to fix Ensminger’s offense.

He could have settled and didn’t and he kept doing everything he could to fix the offense.
.
Let’s just stop fighting with eachother over how we got here.

Furthermore, I don't know why luck has such a negative connotation.

To win a championship you need some luck. There isn't a coach alive that hasn't benefited from luck.

An interesting point I thought of last night: Has any team ever fired a national championship winning coach and went on to win a national championship with the coach they hired to replace him? Ohio State fired Tressel and hired Urban

So tOSU is in the same boat as us, potentially 3 national championship coaches in a row if they can win one.

edit: nope, scratch that I forgot Mark Texiera was their coach for a season before urbs.

let's, also, not forget that he went out and got Canada. it didn't work out, but what he has consistently done is look for a way to improve.

He has done exactly what Les wouldn't. He has not stopped trying to make the necessary changes to improve. He finally got the winning combination.

Exactly. Coach O said he was going to do something and then he actually went out and did it. Sure it took him a few tries but he didn't give up. He didn't settle on being a 9 or 10 win team.

As well he should. You don't get to flame the boards for a year-plus and then get to hide from your idiotic posts.

Or is there a different point that im missing?

Oh yeah, you are missing alot. Your point was coach O is a bad coach, and his Ole Miss history is the important factor.

I have no idea what was in the binder, but it seems to have worked. And I would bet his ability to adapt is one of his best qualities.

I think you are either mixing up messages, or you are just arguing to argue.

Oh boy. Players are the key. Ask saban when he was a 500 coach at Michigan state or the dolphins. Comes to LSU has some top recruiting classes and off we go. O understands it is about recruiting. Ask the X and O geniuses bimbo and hermensa.

There is no comparison. One adopted to modern football, the other is an LSU legend that refused to change.

If his binder had “will hire Joe Brady”...then it all makes sense. I’m guessing it didn’t have that though..

You really don't deserve an intelligent reply as you wouldn't understand one. How do you think you know this?
