Why did South Carolina and Clemson drop out then? SC is 2-1 with a loss to a ranked team and Clemson is 1-2 with 2 close losses to ranked teams. Not much different from ND

Penn st getting 5 first place votes is the worse. Iowa st moving up 2 spots after escaping with a win over Ark st and miss st getting votes is a joke.
