It is the weak arse kids today. When you have to hire someone to me a mental coach or what the hell ever for a baseball team, it is a reflection of the continued pussification of society that started with these participation trophy dumbass parents from the 90’s. Every kid is a travel ball team. They aren’t good enough to play.
Make their asses study and save money.
