Its painful to try and tackle guys like that, if the pad level is right and both legs are pumping there is nothing to tackle.

BK had good things to say about him in the presser.

Should have a good stable this year between him, Emery and Armoni.

Gordon's NIL game clearly isn't all about recruiting, as he has deals with a number of LSU athletes who aren't going anywhere regardless. Seems like he is mostly using it for its actual intended purpose--to affiliate himself with LSU as much as possible by directly dealing with players instead of the whole athletic department.

I was an unhappy camper when we missed on him the first time around.

I think he will do great in a Kelly offense. Especially behind the OL we have. Their pass blocking may be iffy, but the line is full of road graders

He said his issue with the first round of NIL recruiting was that the players wanted money with no strings attached. He said once the first wave passed he was able to talk to the right people to get it set up in the intended way which benefits both parties.

When Saban went to the NFL, the first player he drafted was Ronnie Williams from Auburn (#2 overall) - despite having 28 year old Ricky Williams in his prime after taking the 2004 season off. When asked why he took Brown ahead of more productive college RB's like Cedric Benson (#4) and Cadillac Williams (#5) he told the media how his players at LSU absolutely hated tackling Ronnie Brown.
