I don't see LSU running the table over the next eight to nine weeks. I see them getting beat by Ole Miss, Florida, and Alabama.

Because the schedule is about to get significantly harder.

Also, I think it's evident that the talent is overrated (hate to be the bearer of bad news), especially on offense. The offensive line has gotten its butt whipped by Auburn and Wisconsin (just imagine what Ole Miss, Bama and A&M are going to do).

Also, were the coaches responsible for all the WR drops?

I think they can steal a couple of the SEC games after Mizzou (they'll be an underdog in every single one of them), but to think we could go 8-0 is delusional sunshine pumping.

I knew it was over when we ran like our third trick play early in the first quarter of the MSU game.

I literally LOLed. I was like, "holy frick, Les thinks opening up the offense means running trick plays!!!"

It was almost pathetic

Not exactly. You can't reinvent the wheel in a week.

If Fournette can heal up sooner than later I think 8-5 or 9-4 is still possible as the defense and OL will continue to get better.

The team does not have all this "elite talent."

It will end up 50%.

I hope I'm wrong.

"All This Talent" is worth nothing in a team sport if you don't have chemistry. Hopefully O is addressing that, sounds like he is.

We still have a offensive line that is playing poorly, some of that is chemistry, some is from predictable play calling.

Despite all the acclaim for Amanda and the defense, they are still susceptible to a power running attack and have trouble getting off the field. Just watch a bad Auburn offense hold the ball and move it up and down the field. When we play Alabama, OM, and Arkansas they will pound the football.

Yes we have the talent. But that talent needs to be harnessed, focused and coached well.... TBD

#2 Have you seen our offense? It will take a couple of games to get it clicking I think

And all of this takes time. This team has a lot of bad habits and you don't just flip the switch.

I'm hopeful but I'm not going to hold the team to any ridiculous heights.

Because the offense was poorly coached all off-season, and for their entire careers. You don't just shake off stupid in a week.

I really like Les Miles, but I cannot fathom how he allowed things to get like this. The offense regressed this year, and I don't think a week or two will fix it.

Alabama is the reason we won't go 8-0.

7-1 is possible, just have to get lucky against Ole Miss like we did in 2014.

We can.

This team can still win the SEC.

We don't control our own destiny.

If Auburn wins out, we're f*cked.

2013 says hi.

ETA: Auburn has a better chance of winning out than LSU does, I don't know if you watched Saturday night's game, but yeah, Auburn has a better football team than LSU.

LSU can recover and play better football, but there is no chance in Hell LSU beats Bama this year.
