my question for those shooting for 10 wins is which games will you be pulling against LSU. I will be going for LSU all 13 games and rooting for wins in aLL OF them. F 10 wins. However many games we play is how many wins we should have. No excuse to go for anything less IMO

Go LSU, Go Coach O, Go Tigers. Go to hell Alabama. Time to regain the magic and win it all

I think we do win 10, but don’t start bitching when we lose to Alabama and Georgia.

LSU has a brutal schedule. They could go 9-3 and still be a top 10 team. Miss State is better than people think. They could have 8-10 NFL players on that team. Then you have Miami, Bama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, A@M....

That is 7 potential loses. 9-3 would be a damn good season vs that gauntlet.

Some you people's expectations are insane. LSU is still a young team. I will be rooting hard for LSU but I think they are one year away from the playoffs.

LSU Fans/Alums/Boosters are fed up with excuses. The guy has this coming season and most likely one more to get LSU back "in the hunt." That's it.

I am fine with that. I think we give O this season and next season to get into the playoffs. If not, then replace him.

I really think next season, if most come back, LSU will be a top 5 team. Isn't Burrow a Junior? I don't see him turning pro unless LSU has a great year.

I’m not concerned about Miami. And LSU at least gets Georgia at home. Aside from that it’s our typical schedule.

Aside from 2 top 10 teams, it's our typical schedule.

Meyer being available soon has only strengthened this view among many prominent boosters from what I'm told

Leave it to the rant to expect the best record in a few years when we have as tough of a schedule is ever.

Well, last year was a historically easy schedule. So...

7 of the 12 opponents are the exact same that have been on the schedule for the last 6 years.

la tech SE and rice are straight arse. losing to any one of those should be grounds for termination.

and lsu fans cant make up their mind about miami. one day they are incredible because every team on LSUs schedule is incredible and going 7-5 would be a miracle...then the next day miami is crap, richt is a terrible OC, their schedule overinflated their win total and lsu will win by 2 scores.

He got his mulligan last year. Standards are standards at LSU regardless of who is coaching. He has his men in place and it’s time to put up or GTFO.

win west and/or playoffs or GTFO

NO EXCUSES. Saban and miles made no excuses about schedules.

we did not FIRE miles for the staus quo. We could have kept Miles for that.

Agreed. I'm sick of the excuses. We're too young, our schedule is too tough, we are a young team, etc..

O has the coordinator he wants. No excuses.

My excuse is that Auburn, Alabama, and Georgia are more talented than LSU, therefore they will not win 10 games.

We are #6 in talent. Bama is #1, Georgia is #4 and Auburn is #7.

That is all reasonably close. They are not so much more talented that we should not expect to win 1 or 2 of those.

5-7, mark it. but not enough to get him fired yet.

alleva will be fired and o will be sitting on a double jet crawfish burner for the first game of the 2019 season.

Exactly. Another finish with 9 wins would be the third straight with Orgeron at the helm.

If that's going to be considered acceptable now, then we should've just let Les coach out his contract.

Yep

10-2 regular season is the bar, as it should be.
