With the way you defend Miles this is funny.

Les averaged 10 wins a year and won more games from 2005-2015 than any other program in the SEC over that 11-year stretch and had two national title appearances

At least there was something to defend even though I didn't see eye to eye with much of the stuff he did

This thread got derailed quick as usual

This thread is such a perfect example of stupidity on all accounts. I can't believe the barf bag soup that I just read.

Short lived as it may be, he will get his shot.

Mr. Brossette needs to make the most of it.

I've been told in no uncertain terms on this board that EVERYTHING is coach O's fault.
So you should know better, it is never the player's fault. Never ever ever! It is ONLY O's fault. Get with the program.

I know that I read that in a threadless week that O was surprised that nick was out there. If I lied it certainly wasn't on purpose.

Calling him great, and then retracting it and saying good, is not comparable to labeling Curry as Lynch.

Wait a minute Jackass!

Do you have a problem with the way some people from Louisiana speak?

I'm from Louisiana and I don't speak like that.

When we have a guy that wouldn't have the job if he weren't from Louisiana, everyone knows it, then he basically plays this caricature that everyone mocks, and he doesn't win, it's just too much.

And the worst part is, he didn't give a frick about about Louisiana until it was convenient for him to make money off of it.

I agree but he has shown some flashes of greatness such as in the 2016 game against Missouri (see 6:46 mark). LINK

It’s hard to get second chances especially when you’ve got Guice and Williams ahead of you. I’m rooting for the guy.

I care. It’s fricking embarrassing to have a coach that’s frequently mocked on TV.
dude I’m with you x100000

For all the success Miles had, the one thing that bothered me was how he was a lovable buffoon in the media. I just wanted a leader that stood up for himself and didn’t play into the idiot role

Well, we let les go and doubled down and hired someone who doesn’t have success yet is still portrayed as a lovable moron by the media and doesn’t fight it

Nick has gotten so much grief for that mistake. I hope he tears it up this season and proves the haters wrong.

Watch him tear it up this fall. I’m rooting for him. Would be an awesome comeback story.

a 4-star QB from Alabama.
That wasn't offered by either Alabama or Auburn. (There's a reason he wasn't offered)

Yeah, let's take all the UA and AU QB rejects that can't throw the football.

BTW, if you can't land one of the top 5 running backs in the country that just happens to be in your own fricking state, just give up and resign.

Excuses for failure are both pathetic and pitiful, as are the P/P Losers that spew the excuses.

I'm from SOUTH Louisiana, and for some reason I don't talk like that either. But in know way do I despise those that do. Its trivial and meaningless to use that as an arguing point. Its not good to hate on our culture.
