I hope it works out. I think he's going to be a great coach. He's got a great defensive coordinator, and the offense can only get better with the addition of Canada. We looked pretty good on offense yesterday with the exception of some issues on the line. Next year is going to be fun, especially after the last few years.

I was very happy to see LSU stomp Petrino.
Coach O did not really have the resume that screamed great head coach, but he has the opportunity. He made good hires and the team looked good against Louisville.
Odds are good LSU is undefeated going into that Florida game.

You can add me to the list you define as "haters", that is those who like and admire Da Coach O as a recruiter, motivator and position coach, but recognize that he is not qualified to be a HC at a major football power.
As to his qualifications for his current position, other than Alleva, who has tried to hire him as a HC?
As a fan, I am hoping for the best and want the Tigers to win every game.
