Threw me for a loop as well and then I was like, oh yeah Lady Moscona. Cleared it right up for me. You know, that bald headed Lady on the radio that I make a point to avoid.

Maybe the right school, but there’s another familiar name there who currently coaches Special Teams and Tight Ends, which would seem to fit exactly what LSU is looking for:

DJ McCarthy

He actually left BCU as of a few weeks ago

Zach Kittley, the brilliant offensive-minded 33-year-old new leader of the Florida Atlantic program, is bringing aboard DJ McCarthy as the program's wide receivers coach, sources tell FootballScoop.

McCarthy, most recently on staff at HBCU program Bethune-Cookman, has coached at multiple Florida collegiate programs, as well as developing multiple NFL wideouts during a multi-year run at LSU.

He still owes us for getting us put on probation. I'd think that eliminates any chance he gets to return. Akiem Hicks and an apartment iirc. What was he here 1 year? Funny he uses his time here as a bolster to his resume considering the probation and all.

Yes, if there is one thing HBCU coaches are known for, it is their outstanding special teams.

You are trolling.

I certainly hope the STC is BTTLO, IFYKWIM. LSU should not be shopping for an HBCU STC. They should be LITOC, the ACC the B10. BTTWTG!

True. There’s really not area where Matt is not an expert

It’s sad the humanoids on this board don’t appreciate his greatness. Only a matter of time before he’s working nationally

Hired from a HBCU.

I always struggle to remember what this attempts to abbreviate.

My first thoughts are Habitually Black College...and then I'm stuck, because it seems like the next word should be University and that doesn't seem like it should follow the word College. But then I think about the names of black churches where some are The Greater Mount Olive First Missionary Black Zion African Church of Our Highest Lord and Savior Black Jesus Christ of the Black Nazareth.

I would prefer if we just call them black colleges as our secret code for racist colleges.

So to get back on topic, we're about to hire a special teams coach from a college that's super proud of its race preference admissions? He must be REALLY good at what he do, right? I wonder who the other high bidders are? Southern Miss? Kennesaw State?
