new Oregon DC making $1.5M. Aleva f**ked up yet again.

Colorado defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt is going to Oregon at 1.5M for 4 years.
mark my words, 1.8 for Aranda was a massive frickup. we should have started at 2M and gone up. with Orgerons salary we had plenty of money, we're actually paying less for the HC, DC, and OC now than we were last year, that is not the direction great programs go during a coaching change.
if we have any hope of keeping Aranda we needed to blow everyone out of the water, we needed to price him off the market to keep other teams from even looking.
we simply chose not to, and it is inexcusable.
