Would absolutely love to see this!

The new DraftTek list has Burrow as the 4th* QB - Tua, Herbet Fromm ahead.

I'm taking Burrow over Fromm 100 times out of 100.

Tua, Herbert I can understand, but Fromm is Aaron Murray Jr.

I sincerely hope the Saints to get Burrow. I think, based on how he is running things at LSU, he is fit for the Saints system.

My wettest dream is that Saints win, trade for Burrow, Brees goes one final year with Burrow under him learning. Brees wins his third and retires and Burrow steps in to continue the dominance for 20 years.

It's such a good dream

I've been saying for a couple of weeks that Joe would be a natural fit for the Saints. Given that he is running a similar offense, and seeing how he executes those back shoulder throws, he is an ideal replacement for Brees. At least on paper.

And Joe has always been great at reading defenses, even before the results started to show. IF the Saints get an opportunity to draft him they would be insane to let him get away.

Either I can't read, or Fromm is nowhere on that list.

ETA: nm, saw him on the DraftTek list.

But the Saints never draft LSU players.

Yeah, but they LOVE Ohio State players, so there's a loophole here ...

Seeing Burrow in New Orleans as a successor to Brees would be an absolute dream come true.

Walter Camp mock Draft has Phillips getting drafted at #32 by the Pats. We could possibly have 4 players go in the first round this year.

Meh, i wouldnt mind it.. i’m Titans-neutral.. I dont root for them, but i dont hate them either.. there are several other teams where Burreaux could get drafted and i’d have a really hard time rooting for him, obvs Falcons and Cowboys, but also Seahawks (i despise Pete Carroll), Saints’ division rivals, etc.. It’s similar to when all indications were that Fournette was going to Carolina, but wound up with Jacksonville so i dont have a problem with it.

Sean and Mickey, please make it happen!

Burrow succeeding Brees would be epic. The Saints’ dynasty would continue for another 10-15 years at least.

i usually ignore the lsu/saints pipedreams on here, but it really does seem like a good situation for both teams.

Delpit will be lucky to be taken in the first 2 rounds at this point unless he remembers how to tackle again.

Yup. He's only damaging himself....

and our team with those terrible attempts at tackling
