Jay has to pull Arrambide! I don’t care if he hit a HR. He’s got to be more dialed in with a runner on third. Plus, this isn’t anything new for him. He’s our worst defensive catcher!

I think you teach Arrambide a really good lesson tonight if you bench him now even after a 2-run bomb. Defensive shows like this should not be tolerated no matter what your offensive production.
I personally think it would be a great lesson for a freshman catcher.

I wondered all off-season how we were going to win it all with these options at catcher. I was surprised Jones didn't get any work back there but trusted Jay's judgement that he had enough back there to win. But this is a position that can cost you a lot of games and we don't seem to have any answer on the roster
