Two things can be right at the same time:
1. Jay has run an excellent program that has won 2 of the last 3 championships.
2. this years baseball team is nearly unwatchable.

This team was preseason #1 and now won't even make the tournament. Fans have a right to be upset.

1. Nobody here expects to win a title every year, if they do they're clinically retarded

I would. His SEC record over 5 years is more indicative of the level of coach he is than his one lucky post season run last year.
This is LSU. You can’t go 78-68 in the conference and even remotely think that’s acceptable.
This guy needs Skenes/Crews/Morgan/Tanks level talent to be great. He’s not getting that anymore. If we were getting that level of talent each year, I’d be more confident. But we aren’t.

Okay, I'm spoiled because the team has underperformed .
When you start the season as the #2 team and you miss the field of 64 that is reasonable in my honest opinion.
Its not like we were injury riddled.
We sucked before Moore and Evans got hurt.
Losing series to Sac st is inexcusable I dont care we are LSU our 3rd team should beat them.
I believe it will be corrected, and no I did not expect to even go to Omaha thibseason, but to miss the NCAA is sad and if you are an LSU fan regardless of who the HC or amount if national championships.
People compare him to Saban Saban never laid an egg like this.
