Jared Mitchell played WR for LSU.

That’s all you need to know about how fast he was.

Again, he compared a black kid in high school to Mitchell when Derek Curiel played the same position, bats left handed and was FASTER than Mitchell coming out of high school.
He compared him to Mitchell for only 1 reason. He never looked at Curiel’s stats.

I know that you’re citing times, but I truly do not think that Curiel is actually faster than JMitch was.

Maybe it’s because J Mitch is a highly regarded, very well spoken, outfielder that played for LSU and was very fast. He also happened to be black. I think his post is pretty innocent and you might be reaching a bit here.
