Sounds like it will be a lot of delays. Oklahoma will probably want to start the game with a possible delay with Anderson starting. I don’t know how good or bad OU’s pitching staff is, but they must be decent.

Lol. If they throw their ace, he is probably a top 10 pick in this years draft and is prob a top 2 pitcher in the sec right now. They def dont want there to be a delay.

With that said, this game is a recipe for an under if ive seen one. Cold, wind blowing in, (little chance of rain) with two aces, first one to 4 wins

not an option

I know the rules as it pertains to having 3 days to play 3 games. I wonder if they know weather is going to bad ahead of time and Sunday will be clear. Can they move the series to to a Friday Saturday Sunday schedule or is it locked because that is how it is set now?

Series are typically Fri/Sat/Sun. Why are there always two early series every year Thursday/Fri/Sat?

Always thurs-sat on Easter weekend and the last weekend of the season. Then the SEC network can pull 1 series a week to thurs-sat for TV Thursday night.

Most series are thurs-sat on easter, but a couple arent.

Also, espn2 picks a thurs-sat series in addition to secn

Fox 4 in Dallas has Norman rain chances at 80% Thursday night, 70% Friday, & 85% Saturday.

Usually pretty accurate with their forecasts, could be a struggle to get 3 games in.

Saturday forecast is miserable.

High of 50. Highest wind chill of 43.

At least 70% chance of rain for all 24 hours.

Wind 20 mph gusting to 30+.

They should try to play 2 on Thursday and 1 on Friday but probably won't.

Smart getting them In the conference. November football games are freezing and baseball through April is a crapshoot.

Thursday nighters are National TV games (ESPN2 ; SEC network) instead of games available on SECN+.

Is Norman Oklahoma really the South East?
