When your family owns two of maybe, no, probably the best 10-15 restaurants on the planet.... Hell, even Shaq's kids had/have the same issues.

I know plenty enough. A leader don't quit. He leads, even if from the sidelines. We've learned everything we need to know. Had the skill-set of a Burrow. Kinda. Did not have the childhood/parenting.

I was surprised when O ran out to bring in Burrow. How could he see that a guy who hadn’t started at another program was better than the guy who hadn’t started for us? Brennan had the world’s best view to see what it took to lead a team, improve, watch film, put in the work and put in the extra work (and become a #1 NFL draft pick). I am not the only one who noted that he was medically cleared to play in the bowl game last year and quickly held up his hands saying he wasn’t in football shape / was too rusty (he had 3 weeks to practice, as I recall). Writing was on the wall. Totally weird - backup QB in the NFL for ~5 years is like the best job anyone can get
