Well LSU should be coming in with a much bigger chip on their shoulder after losing to Coastal Carolina last year.
We had several players come back this year simply to make up for last year.
Our bigger chip will prevail in a two game sweep.

LSU should come up with a decent chant. We have the fans to do it and we are on national TV. Could be a nice recruiting tool. One of the only schools that have a bad arse chant for baseball. Make that place even more rowdy then it already is. Something with a nice ring to it. Hooo Hoooo Tigers put on a show. Or Tigers about to show. Just a thought, gotta be together though. Could hand out flyers saying left side say this, right side say that.

A big part of that "rematch" game was that LSU was also pitching a lot better than they were during the Kentucky series. There were something like 30 or more free passes to Kentucky in that series.
Not to mention UK had at least 5 fly ball outs in that game in Hoover that would have been HRs in their park.

Maybe so. But I have found that the "chip on the shoulder" thing works best when it's "known" but unstated until AFTER you win.
Going around writing chip on your shoulder or talking about it seems contrived more like they aren't confident coming in but rather trying to appear confident.
When you go around saying you have a chip on your shoulder, maybe you are just hoping you do.
