Paul’s fresh new lineup is winless.

It’s been a slow slide for LSU. I had faith in Paul but whatever he’s doing might be too little too late.

Rough night at the plate.

I actually thought PM played and sub'ed pretty good tonight.

Eta. Hill got that one big out with the bases loaded.

Hillard strike out that guy, no doubt.
And super close call at first, he was
OUT.

Could Morgan not move over to 2nd or SS, put Beloso back at first, and that way you can get Arnold back at the plate at DH?

Lmao. I’m sure your another “fire Paul” supporter....

You do know that Morgan is left handed? Lol

4 hits total for LSU and 1 was a bunt into an open area on a shift with a bunt

12 Ks out of 27 outs

Yeah imagine thinking a guy with 14 straight scoreless innings and a .53 era with 19ks and only 2 walks isnt good.

Hilliard looked as good as he has all year, but his first pitch for our bullpen put the game out of reach.

I sensed Paul was thinking that a worn out Jared Hill was better than any fresh arm in the bullpen. He was right.

Toto, I don’t think we’re playing Oral Roberts anymore.

Nah, he would have gone to someone other than Hilliard, and sooner, if the game was tied or we had the lead.

He may have thought a tired Hill was a better option than who he was going to consider using while trailing late. Or he may have just wanted to push Hill a little farther to see what would he could reach back and get in a tough spot with his tank on E.

So why did he center cut the plate with a 'fast' ball on his first pitch. That stupid pitch ended the game for LSU.
