If he isnt performing thats fine, but I am just a big fan of a lefty int he 2 hole. Especially with his speed.

I can see Ibarra moving into the 2, but who is gonna protect raph? Ibarra is in a perfect spot for himself and that 3-4-5 we got going

But I thought we could hit because Dean was back coaching? Did he stop talking to the hitters?

Rhymes hits too many ground balls to bat 2nd. You think it was bad when he hit into double plays in front of Katz? Think how bad it would be if he did that in front of Bregman.

And last weekend didn't happen? It's his style of hitting: hard ground balls and line drives.

double plays can happen anywhere in the lineup, Bregman gets on base alot, Rhymes can and has come behind him and hit into a dp, so it hasn't worked much better.

The 2 hole hitter doesnt have to bunt

Not disagreeing with you here but he does if he plays for CPM!

I'm agains putting Rhymes in the 2 hole, rather him hitting with runners in scoring pos. And no chance in heck CPM puts Raph to 2 IMO.
