re: Mostly for LA people, and LSU/Saints related. Now that Cincy has added L.Collins....

I’m becoming more of bengals fan due to them adding a lot of LSU guys, but also because of the shite show the saints have become over the past few years with the SJW crap, bad roster management, leaching off the taxpayers dime in different ways, and then (although not organization fault) the mayor of NOLA.

I’ve definitely become a bengals fan just from Chase and Burrow being drafted. With Collins joining it only furthers that fandom.

I liked Brett Favre growing up, so I cheered for the Packers. Not so much now because I disklike Aaron Rodgers.
I repped my Favre jersey proud on Saturday for the parade. My parents went to college with him and his jersey was the first jersey they gave me when I was a kid. I could care less about the Packers now with Rodgers.

No question go Bengals.
Not a fan of NFL just the players I like, LSU alum, and a few guys. But I don't really watch NFL anymore but to keep track of the lsu guys stats and am happy for them.
If I had to pick a team would prob be Texans when they had Dominic Davis, and saints when they had devery Henderson, also like the bills with Josh Reed and giants with Corey Webster.
As you can see just the lsu players

Well said.

Saints are my favorite NFL team, and always will be. I care about them first and foremost, but it is nice to have another team to “root” for, if the Saints aren’t in the playoffs like this past season, or if they’re not playing the Saints.
I always want LSU players to succeed, but if they’re playing the Saints that day, they’re the enemy, and I hope they have a terrible game that day. Some of my greatest sports moments are the Saints in 2006 and 2009, and I will always cherish those moments, and my Saints fandom will never leave me.
I don’t understand the LSU/Saints hate though, and it really pisses me off sometimes. A lot of y’all are bandwagons, and don’t support the Saints because they went “woke”, yet y’all support the Bengals and other players, who are just as liberal and woke, as the Saints players.

Went woke, can you enlighten me on this? Is woke a euphemism for black?

If Joe and Chase wasn't on the Bengals I would not care at all about them. But I did find myself watching more Bengal games last season than Saints games

If you've been a saints fan as long as I have, you always had a 1B team. Because an non losing season was the dream, not a winning season and definitely not a playoff berth.
So I'm a Bengals fan when they aren't playing the Saints.

Its easy to be a Bengals fan after the Saints. They are in a different conference, why not?
Posted on 3/21/22 at 12:38 pm to tbabino
This one is easy. I'm a huge fan of both the Saints and LSU. I was excited to see La'el go to Cincy; it gives Joe another solid piece to improve a horrible OL and also adds another LSU player on an LSU-heavy team. But you can pull for the Bengals without diminishing your love for the Saints. If this were the Falcons, different story, but it is an AFC team and the two would seldom face each other. I would see a Bengals - Saints Super Bowl as a win-win. I would be pulling for the Saints, but would be happy to see all of those LSU players get rings if Cincy won it.

I’m an OG bengals fan.
Got my shirt from Amazon way back.
Love the Bengals now.

I don’t care about the Saints one way or the other. I pull for the LSU players on various NFL teams.

Always a LSU and Saints fan number one. Die hard will never change.
I do like the bengals now but that has no bearing in the loyalty to my teams.
