Played better when he was injured.

Jalen Collins! LSU fans thought he was crap, and they crapped all over him. I would put it as a tie between he and Danny McCrae.

Russell Shep. Top QB somehow became a decent WR on sheer athletic ability and is still in the NFL.
I won’t get into if we utilized him properly, but he did not get enough credit.

Wendell Davis
he was awesome at LSU, also one of the first I recall that so blatantly checked out on us his last year, him and Harvey Martin, pretty sure Davis caused Ditka's heart attack

This post was edited, and is still indecipherable. In case you haven’t heard, New Year’s Eve is tomorrow night.

Davis and Williams(not Martin, Harvey Williams,) both checked out on the team during their last year at LSU and it was painfully obvious, except for the Martin slip, what's so difficult to comprehend?

Greg Jackson- All-American safety record for INT return yards in a season. 7ints 219 yards 2 TDs as a Sr. including 100 yard return for a TD and Super Bowl champion with the Giants. Never talked about

His senior year, Davis was named All-America (for the second time), was named SEC Player of the Year, and Gator Bowl MVP. How is that “checking out.” All-Americans tend to attract more double-teams, so his stats tailed off some his senior year, but only a fool would suggest he was “blatantly checking out.” That is not the way to showcase yourself and get picked in the first round.
