You have AYS who, even though he is not drunk, he physically appears so. Just hit pause at any point of his show and look at his face. Maybe he’s tired, who knows. He’s grown on me because I think he has real sources.

We could do much better from a local personality. Those of us that are well informed and understand sports see that he isn't very knowledgeable on the ends and outs of the games. He called me an idiot on Twitter X early 2024 season because I saw major holes in LSU's rush defense (and provided examples); the very next week South Carolina proceeded to gash us for 200 rushing yards. Hester and Hanagriff offer a much better analysis of the game IMO although I understand this doesn't appeal to the common observer.

I defend Matt (often to great ridicule) for the reason you mentioned in the first sentence, but the rest is my one big problem with him: His sense of self importance.
