Have to remember teams can go 5% over their money value for the first 10 rounds too. So that is an extra 400K they can put where they need to.

Well he’s a draft eligible sophomore, he’s young. Still has leverage if he comes back and LSU has some NIL play now with several big names headed out. Bc of all that I would guess his “number” is pretty high and well above what he could even get close to this late in the draft.

Jones should come back at this point, work on the off speed, and put up 40 hrs similar to Conden and be a top 20 pick next year.

I think he was expected to get drafted. It was 50/50 as to him signing.

Sure. Losing a portal guy we kind of expected to lose is the same as losing a HS kid in a round you're normally safe from losing HS kids.

Hayden has been locked into the draft for awhile now. Slim chance he ended here .. not 50/50
