All we hear is how great our pitching staff is, but one of the things they evidently don't take into consideration when evaluating is our pitchers ability to throw all their great stuff over the plate in a game. Been that way forever, it seems.

The guy you’re responding to doesn’t actually know anything. He just compulsively responds to everything.
I think he’s special needs.

Said same thing last year pitching was going to be good and it was a weakness.

Pretty predictable. It's either a letter high fast ball or a curve. Once you recognize it out of the hand, advantage batter. These guys aren't fooling anyone.

Ware, Schmidt, & Primeaux all threw more balls than strikes.

Why I said about overthrowing. When you’re max effort to throw every single pitch, your command gets lost unless you’re an absolute pro.

It was called a strike earlier in the inning.

Definitely seems like it has been rare when LSU pitchers threw back to back nights where it worked much

Am I the only one annoyed with our catcher (Hernandez) tonight? He drops balls that seem like they would’ve been strikes. And a lot of times he also tries to hard to frame pitches so much that he costs us strikes.
Or is it just me?
Or is it just me?
