You mean like some LSU fans going bonkers because people rated this defense not #1 of all time?

I always laugh when people like you go to another team's board and try to make fun of them for doing exactly what you and many other Tiger fans do here.

Hell, there are LSU fans that think this defense is going to be on par or better than the 2011 defense.

If you want to go that route. LSU beat Auburn who gave Alabama, the National Champions their only loss of the year who Destroyed Clemson who beat down the Canes.

Not quite. LSU actually plays a schedule not littered with little sisters of the poor. 5 top 10 teams.

The Canes on the other hand with their weak joke of a schedule will actually have their season over if they lose to LSU considering its a Boise St of old schedule in which they play practically nobody of worth the rest of the way. Better hope you win.

Also, I love this "LSU's Defense was better last year" line.

Did you look at the strength of schedule for each team?

LSU's was garbage according to Sagarin (54th), while Miami's was 22nd. So let me guess, they played a significantly harder schedule, and as another poster said, gave up less yards per play, got more sacks, more TFL, and more turnovers.

LSU's defense was clearly better last year

they haven’t played anyone as physical as we will be in quite a while.

Did they not play Clemson? That’s the second most physical team in CFB. They beat NDs arse and ND beat us. They’re physical. They played Wisconsin who is very physical obviously bc they beat us in 2016.

Stop acting like we’re the only team who plays physical teams. I’ll admit in ACC play they get breaks that we don’t get. Every week it’s physical in the SEC. but to say they never play physical teams is delusional.

If they'd just read this board they'd realize they have nothing to worry about.

You act as though we have a choice in our conference schedule. Should we just tell the ACC we refuse and only want to play the AP top 12 once the poll comes out?

The simple fact is that none of us really know what to expect until Sept 2. I would like to see LSU administer a first rate beat down. That would be sweet.

The orange fruit is represented by their orange colors. The (orange tree) green leaf is represented by their green colors. The white blossom (orange tree) is represented by their white colors.

LSU was a underdog 2005? Isn't that accurate?

They are good team and it is going to be a tough game for us as most Richt teams are! The same thing could be said about the Rant on Sept 3rd, if things don't go our way.

Might be good idea for you to pull up Miami Herald and read
what they are saying and doing. Lots of good stuff, better
then what seems to be guessing here. Their Qt's also having problems. Read story on recent scrimmage . Fake fumble TD play. 2nd team and others called LSU team. Last minute FG after Last minute 75 yd drive and FG for one's to win 28-27. They have some players but hope we take
this one. Gaux Tigers
