I was mad that we just didnt kneel the ball or run it. We let Mett get rocked like that over and over.

kneel the ball when we're losing? in hindsight, i guess it seems like we should've done anything except let him take those hits, but i wouldn't ever want us to admit defeat like that.

I thought it was interesting that Miles didn't approach him as he gimped off the field.

I was hoping he was gonna throw his helmet or something at Miles and Stud...they just stared at him helplessly. Another fine Les Miles moment.

Nah I would never kneel it, that would be a complete bitch out move. At the very least I would just do a couple run plays. But even then you're bitching out IMO. I mean you don't have to just run hail Marie's, but at least run something that just screams "Ok ok I give up."

If I were Miles, which I am not, I would have a big problem with the OL

Well that is his speciaty, the O Line , right? He probably saw no issues and Mett just got a little "nicked" The Oline still has the "want" , play like hell for victory, Let r Rip. and blah blah blah. He is a joke.

His damn Oline quit on him. I do think he "put on" a little with his dragging his leg and such but he had every right to be pissed. That Oline would run until they damn near died for the next two weeks. If I had enough underclass. That last series was f*cking embarrassing to say the least.

How feasible/reasonable would it be to just make the 1st oline sit? Put the 2nd Oline in .. could it really be any worse? Maybe the #2 guys really want to play ... yes, I'm female and don't know shite.

It was and honestly made me really question Miles control of the team. The o-line just said to hell with playing which concerns me.

Glad so many others saw it the way I did. An oline coached by Miles that simply quit while the QB was pummeled and the HC stared vapidly into space. CLM owes yet another apology to his team, fans, and employer as the result of his incompetence against the same team that necessitated his first apology. Embarrassing is too mild a term for the 4 th qtr performance.

I'm surprised that last series hasn't gotten more press. It's obvious the o-line completely quit and Mett paid the price, and Miles did nothing. It's really pathetic and sad at the same time.

I have not seen any more threads concerning his "frustration" by walking right by CLM and throwing his helmet and ha d drying rag...it seemed everybody steered clear.

nothing to see here, pal. Mett played his arse off and was frustrated...shame is, it seems some other Tigers did not.

get much better.

O-Line was just pissed. They watched the all access program on ESPN when Macarron was feeding his boys once a week and Mett was doing nothing for them.

FIFY

I know they "played hard" before the end, but they embarrassed themselves on that last drive.

Badly

Looked like he was in pain and pissed that his linemen allowed him to get crushed 3 out of 4 plays

Keep in mind that the OL hasn't played great all season. Mett has 18 sacks the whole season. I have no problem with him being pissed at the end of the Bama game. That game was suppose to help write his NFL check.

I defend CLM most of the time, but it WAS NOT necessary to let Mett get blown up 3 plays in a row on that last series. It was not possible we were going to win the game at that point.
We have big games against aTm and the piggies left to play and I'd rather have a healthy QB for those two games.
If that was on Cam or on CLM or the on O line or whatever. It wasn't Mett's fault and he got crushed repeatedly. That sucked.
