I have been adamant on this board, and still am, that Wade’s firing was his own fault. End of the day he got caught because he was sloppy.
But it fricking sucks seeing him succeed with Mcneese and sucks even more than he’s likely going to be successful lat NC State. He’s a good coach with a good team and LSU basketball is currently in shambles. It fricking sucks dude.

Wade's recruiting pitch from day one to plays has been "come to this (middle of nowhere school) play hard, get better, have fun, and win. When that happens and if a bigger school wants to give you money to transfer, great! Go there. I'll help you pick the school."
He's embraced the paid mercenary aspect of college basketball and is up front with his players about it. EVERYONE, the players, AD, etc, knew this was a stepping stone job for Wade from the very outset. None of this is a surprise. That's why it hasn't bothered them. They all know college basketball is year to year. They weren't recruited with promises of stay here for 4 years and let's see what happens. It was "come here for this year and lets be great. Whatever happens after that, we'll worry about when it happens".

This is really impressive by McNeese, AND Clemson is playing some of the worst fundamental basketball I’ve seen in a while. This coach should be blasted for this performance.

Clemson went 18-2 in the ACC and he’s destroying them with a McNeese roster. He’ll prob win the ACC in a few years
