That's the whole issue - he doesn't.
His coaching (or lack thereof) reminds me of someone who coaches middle school. Sloppy ball with tons of turnovers and now identity on either side of the ball.

Will Wade wouldnt take the job.
He was already frustrated with how little the AD supported basketball and now Scott fired him literally right before the tournament.
That relationship is irreparable
