The difference in the disjointed look of the offense when DJ is not in vs when he is playing is a testament to how good DJ is.
The defense is schizophrenic, no matter who is playing.

So do you think Vandy would look as proficient if Tanner was out of the lineup. The biggest problem with LSU offensively is the other players are trying to do too much to compensate for Thomas' absence. They have had about five unforced turnovers attempting to make awkward moves or over extending to take shots shots. A veteran point guard would get them into the right position and there would be fewer out of position plays. Reece is doing a decent job but he is not Thomas. He is gaining valuable experiemce. Its also good to see Mosely making some contributions. This would be a clsoe game with Thomaas playing.

Teams are what they are. It may take some time to adjust to better play but it means absolutely jack shite overall
