It's 40-40 at half on the road against the #4 team in the country when Vegas and everyone else said it was going to be a non-competitive blowout. Enjoy it.

Good first half effort by the Tigers. For the first time so far in SEC play, they're blocking out on rebounds and keeping the TO's at a sensible level.

And Grant Nelson has been a non-factor. Hopefully we keep it this way.

Maybe the Tigers need the board admins to doubt them drizz, someone on the staff is checking the board right now and relaying that to the players to get em fired up

Alabama is the better team. They are the better coached team. But LSU was the tougher team in the first half. McMahon finally played his tough guys. Miller and Givens shouldn’t play a single second in the next half. They aren’t physical or tough enough to be in this game.

Williams will have some bonehead plays, but he’s not intimidated. Fountain will play with effort. I don’t think LSU’s offensive approach is good enough to actually win this game, but I at least like the guys who are willing to fight. Simply playing with great effort can take you a long way

Alabama is going to come out playing hard in the 2nd half. We kept the TOs down to 6 in the first half. Shot 2-14 from 3 point range, so can't get any worse in that. It's hard to imagine that Chest could repeat his rebounding performance in the 2nd half, but if he gets another 10, and IF we keep the TOs down to 6 in the 2nd half, and keep playing good defense, then I think we'll win this game.
